I don't wear foundation, but I really wanted something I could mix into my other products to give my skin some color. The problem was I didn't want to risk a breakout, and I couldn't find one that fit my Suspicious 6–free criteria. So, after a few attempts, we landed on a silky, natural-looking, bronzing concentrate. D-Bronzi is made with vitamins, antioxidants, platinum peptides, and barrier-supportive fatty acids that defend skin from environmental free radicals. It's a gorgeous sheer bronzer that I formulated with skin health top of mind...like sunshine in a bottle without the damage. All in all, the formula is great. I was pleased with the application and results. Not to beat a dead horse, but I think the shade range needs to be better. Brands like KVD Beauty and Anastasia Beverly Hills show that the bronzer category can have more options. I'd be more lenient if this were a start-up or an indie brand, but this isn't. That said, this launch does address the one big issue of its earlier bronzer and does give us something for a broader range of people. Full Ingredient List The Shade Range I use a contour stick on the daily, so I’m always open to intro’ing new launches into my makeup routine. And since Milk is famously affordable and vegan, I was particularly keen to see what the Milk Makeup Sculpt Sticks was capable of. To be honest, I think the shade was slightly off for me - I had Toasted, which is cool-toned, and something warmer would usually be my preference, but that’s not a fault of the product. I loved the small size, which is super easy to throw in my bag for on-the-go top-ups, and I loved the creamy consistency. I didn’t feel it was quite as blendable and pigmented as some other contour sticks I’ve tried, but if you’re after a subtle finish it should be right up your street.
